Speakers

Power Rally

Josh Ratliff first became a part of the Shenandoah District as a college student 17 years ago. It was during this time he was nurtured, trained, and sent out by Crosspoint Church in Lynchburg, VA. Starting as a ministerial student in Shenandoah, he went on to attend Asbury Theological Seminary and graduate with an M.A. in Biblical Studies. His journey back to Shenandoah first went through South Carolina where he was ordained and pastored for 5 1/2 years. In 2019, the Lord called him and his family back to pastor his home church of Crosspoint where he has served as Lead Pastor since. During this time, he has also had the privilege of serving on the DBMD and walking with ministerial students and ordinands through the process of becoming ordained and licensed ministers. Josh has been married to Valerie for 15 years, and they have three children--Macie (13), Sadie (11), and Charlie (6).

Monday Devotional

It is a profound honor to serve as Lead Pastor at Christ Wesleyan Church in Christiansburg, VA. Beyond my role as Pastor, I cherish my responsibilities as a devoted Husband to my beautiful wife Taylor and a loving Father to my two wonderful children, Ezra and Eden. My passion lies in witnessing lives transformed by the incredible hope and holiness of Jesus Christ through the Spirit-empowered proclamation of God’s infallible word!

Learning Opportunity

My name is Corey Adkins and pastor at ReClaim Church in Huntington, WV. My team and I planted Reclaim in 2012 and we have seen God bless our movement by multiplying our church and our influence to build His Kingdom! Our desire continues to see communities restored and reclaimed by the power of the Gospel message! My wife and I were middle school sweethearts, and have actually been together since we were 12! Crazy, I know, but we believe God put us together to lead His church at the exact moment we are in now. Over these past years, God has blessed us with 3 great kids - Kaylee (14), Kye (11), and Kaynen (5). They are amazing kids, and we love them so much. When I’m not ministering or training up church planters, I love traveling with my family, fishing, and enjoying a cup of coffee over conversation.

Learning Opportunity

Glen and his wife, Natalie, have been married for 22 years and have four children. As a graduate of Wesley Seminary, Glen has served in pastoral ministry for nearly 25 years. Currently, he is on staff at Crosspoint Church in Lynchburg, VA, where he serves as the Executive Pastor of Leadership Development. Glen also serves on the Shenandoah District team as the Vice/Co-Chair of the DBMD, providing fresh vision to develop Shenandoah students into healthy leaders.
