Session 1
Melody Smith serves as Lead Pastor of The Gathering, a multi-site church based in Parkersburg, WV, where she was born and raised. Driven by a deep passion for helping people encounter Jesus and discover their God-given gifts and calling, Melody has built a ministry that reaches across communities and crosses barriers. Under her leadership, The Gathering has grown to four locations. The church is committed to serving those facing poverty, addiction, homelessness, and other barriers to the Gospel. Melody is the founder of Jesus Frees Us and the visionary behind River Road Network, a church multiplication initiative that equips and empowers believers to use their gifts to expand the Kingdom of God. She serves as Shenandoah District's West Virginia Director and on the DBA.

Session 2
John Opalewski is a graduate of Oral Roberts University. He is an ordained minister, and author of four books. John has served as an associate pastor, multi-site campus pastor, and lead pastor, and has held multiple leadership roles in the business world. John's experience as a leader in both the church and business arenas has made him a sought-after international speaker, coach, and consultant. John, and his wife Laura, founded Converge Coaching in 2013. Converge Coaching's mission is to help pastors get and stay healthy so they can lead better, longer, and have more fun along the way.

Session 3
Brett Clubb is the Executive Development Leader at Waymaker Church and the Executive Director of Waymaker Institute, a leadership training initiative that equips leaders for the church, community, and nations. He also leads the Ten2 Network, which resources and develops leaders and church plants beyond their commissioning. His work centers on forming healthy leaders who cultivate healthy churches and movements. In addition to his vocational roles, Brett guides churches through a holistic consulting process that integrates spiritual formation, strategic clarity, and operational strength.
